Our sauna and relaxation rooms are designed so that you have a clear view of the sensory garden with a natural swimming pond created according to Feng Shui principles.  Whether you prefer the Finnish healing-stone sauna, infrared sauna, or one of our other specialty saunas, recreation and health are the main purpose of saunas.

Your muscles are relaxed, your mind is free. Here you can really kick back and recharge your batteries. Relax on cloudy days with light therapy and music. Several rest areas with deck chairs and a reading room with a reading circle are waiting for you. In the crystal pavilion and teahouse in the middle of the spa garden, we would be happy to offer you homemade culinary delights.

You will find our prices for the sauna area on the right. Opening times: daily from 9:00-22:30.
A € 50.00-card entitles you to a  € 1.00-discount per sauna visit.   

Bathrobe necessary;  please bring one along!

Otherwise we will be happy to provide you with a bathrobe at a rental fee of € 3.00.

Herbal Sauna 60 °C


At  a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius, our herbal sauna is a low-temperature sauna. This gentle sauna is ideal for beginners and for people with cardiovascular problems. Fresh and dried herbs provide a pleasant aroma.
Brechelbad Sauna 60 °C


Our Brechelbad sauna has a temperature of about  60 degrees Celsius. In this historical sauna from the Alpine countries, fresh pine branches are used. Good for the respiratory tract, sinuses, headaches and depression.
Salt Sauna 70 °C


In our salt sauna heated to 70 degrees Celsius, you can expect a full-body exfoliation with salt brine and sandalwood or rose fragrance. This stimulates blood circulation and leaves the skin tender and soft as velvet.

Finnish Healing-Stone Sauna 90 °C


The classic Finnish sauna has a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius and is supplemented by the healing stones amethyst and rock crystal. These two healing stones have a calming and balancing effect on the whole organism .
Heuboden (Hayloft) Sauna 70 °C


In our Heuboden sauna heated to about 70 degrees Celsius , you feel the soothing warmth  in conjunction with the scent of fresh hay, a combination that enhances circulation and detoxification.
Infrared Sauna


Our infrared sauna is suitable for muscle therapy. The Infrared light relaxes the muscles deep down, thus preventing muscle ache. Ideal in conjunction with a medical massage.
