Rights and obligations
What has been customary for international tourism for many years is all too easily forgotten for individual trips within one's own country. A stay which has been booked and confirmed by the host represents a contract which is binding for both parties.

Registration can be made in writing, orally or by telephone. If several persons are registered, each participant is liable for its contractual obligations. Transfer wishes of the customer (regarding travel dates and accommodation) - as far as feasible - will be taken into consideration until and including 28 days before start of journey.

If the customer arranges for a third party to take over the booking prior to journey begin, no costs will be incurred.

If the customer cancels the travel contract and does not  begin his journey, the tour operator may require a lump-sum cancellation payment as adequate remuneration for the reservation and expenditures.

These lump-sum cancellation costs are charged per registered participant as follows:
from 28 - 8 days before journey begin: 25% of the course cost and accommodation;
from the 7th day before journey begin:  50 % of the course cost and accommodation.

For room reservations (with and without price) subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hosts.

Cancellation insurance

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance. If you cqnnot show up for your booked trip due to illness or accident, for example, then the cancellation insurance protects you against the financial consequences, i.e. :  In case of cancellation of a booked trip, the agreed-upon cancellation fees will be refunded to you ( on presentation of a medical certificate).

Risk-Free Booking

The cost of our cancellation insurance is 3 % of the lump-sum travel cost (without deduction of the percentage we give according to our price list).

Carefree
We also offer extended travel cancellation insurance:
This applies as the above-mentioned cancellation insurance and additionally covers all unused benefits in case of illness or injury during the course week . The cost of this extended trip cancellation insurance is 5 % of the lump-sum travel cost (also without deduction of the percentage).

Completion is only allowed within 8 days after reservation. The cost of cancellation insurance must be paid immediately . Coverage starts with the payment.
